A truly rewarding role as a **Student Support & Wellbeing Advisor **has appeared and we need your passion, drive, and enthusiasm to make a difference at the City of Portsmouth College (COPC).

Travel may be required between campuses based in Portsmouth on occasions.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the work of the Student Experience team at the campus to ensure the service meets the college’s statutory duties on safeguarding, child protection and adults at risk.
- To support and assist other Student Experience staff with activities when required.
- Provide proactive support to all students, working collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to address any barriers that may affect their experience and progress.
- Identify students who require well-being support in college.
- To work with students both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, including transition cohorts.
- Provide advice and support, signposting students to both internal and external support services.
- Develop and deliver appropriate Health & Well-Being resources to support student health & well-being, working with the Enrichment team.
