**The Role - Mobile Security Supervisor**

AM Services Group are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support the delivery of professional security services to our client.

This is a Full-time Permanent role of 42hrs per week 4 days on / 4 days off. As a working Supervisor Working, you will be supporting the Account Manager to ensure adequate and suitable staffing of the client’s premises by way of site visits, patrols, welfare checks and arranging or providing shift cover in the Northwest. Please note: The role comes with a fully financed company vehicle.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Support our clients and teams with a cover of core shifts and additional requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to all our security sites across the Northwest to monitor standards, and review and update paperwork.
- Training and induction of new starters
- Support with mobilisations of new security contracts
- Conduct out-of-hours welfare visits to site teams.
- Use of client software
- People management
- Investigation/disciplinary support
- Appraisal support
- Employee booking systems.
- During emergencies, being part of the emergency response procedures.
- Use of client security systems
- Key Holding
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Completion of detailed incident reports
- Liaison with local authorities
- Operating client switchboard
- Administrative tasks such as the completing daily occurrence book.

**Skills Required**:

- Valid SIA Front Line Licence
- Valid UK driving licence
- CCTV experience is ideal but not essential
- 1ST Aid at Work Cert preferred but not essential
- Full 5-year checkable work history
