We are currently looking for a Head of Estates to manage the estates and facilities for a health sector. The main purpose of this role is to lead and develop an efficient team to maintain, improve, and protect a variety of properties. Our client prides themselves on providing specialist care and bespoke services, offering a high standard of service, making a fundamental and lasting improvement in quality of life for those requiring support.

Ideally the person suitable for this role will have experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, forecasting and future planning, property management, and a proven record of effective change management with continuous improvement.

Your role will involve:

- Working with Company Director in relation to new builds and service developments.
- Responsible for procurement and contract management of relevant Estates and Facilities, ensuring the companies policies are maintained.
- Establishing ways of working with contractors and suppliers, negotiating appropriate contracts, and guaranteeing completion is to an acceptable standard, on time, and cost effective.
- To implement and maintain an efficient reporting system to ensure all relevant parties are kept up to date.
- Working with the Maintenance Manager, Site Managers, and trade.

This role would suit a Project Manager who is looking for a new challenge with a company that can offer long-term prospects.
