Landscaper/groundworker

Landcare Solutions (Scotland) Ltd is currently looking to recruit Landscapers/Groundworkers to join our landscape construction teams.

Landcare Solutions is a well-established, family run, landscape construction company based on the outskirts of Erskine, Renfrewshire. The company predominantly specialises in the installation and construction of playgrounds for local authorities throughout the central belt of Scotland. In addition, we carry out a variety of other landscape construction projects for clients consisting of hard and soft landscaping works. We are looking to expand and create new teams to carry out new projects.
- Passionate about working within landscape construction.
- Customer focussed, to ensure contract deliverables are achieved.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- CSCS with Construction industry accreditation.
- CITB plant operator certificates.
- Full UK Driving licence, trailer towing would be advantageous.
- 1 year’s landscaping/groundwork experience.

Landcare Solutions carry out a wide range of landscape construction projects with a diverse array of works, which although for the most part can be physically demanding, makes this type of work interesting and rewarding.

Expected project skills may include:

- Earth moving, grading, preparing formations and finished surfaces
- Installing playground and outdoor gym equipment
- Installing safety surfacing
- Kerbing
- Slab and mono block laying
- Fencing
- Drainage works
- Seeding, turfing and planting works
- Repairs and maintenance of playground equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: Negotiable, based on experience.

**Work Location**: Working days will always begin in Erskine before travelling to the relevant project site.
