An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our experienced and dynamic Neuro-Rehabilitation Team, which includes the Stroke ESD service. This post is based in the heart of Richmond.You would be part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team providing a rehabilitation service to neurologically impaired adults in the Borough of Richmond. You would also see patients with a non-neurological diagnosis for dysphagia.

The post is based in a modern and well-resourced rehabilitation facility. You will be seeing patients at home and as outpatients. You would work as part of a team of established Speech and Language Therapists. The wider team also comprises neuro specialist Nursing, Psychology, Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. You would also be involved with training and education aimed at patient groups and care home staff.

You will be enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible and able to work well within the Multi-disciplinary team. You will bring previous experience of working in the NHS to this post. You will work independently but will receive support from senior clinicians. The Trust offers opportunity for service development, audit and research.
