Damp & Mould Surveyor

**Planned Works Surveyor (Interim)**

**3+ month Contract**

**£400 per day**

Panoramic Associates are working with a social landlord that are looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis. The post holder will lead on damp and mould enquiries, carrying out surveys where required, issuing work orders todamp survey specialists and co-ordinating works with contractors, tenants and key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Customer Services and Housing Management Team with regards to tenant engagement and education, access or safeguarding issues.
- Offer technical support to both internal teams, residents and stakeholders
- Responsible for capital improvement projects leading on the damp and mould surveys and works energy efficiency upgrade works, structural works and community improvement works, including the contract procurement, contract administration, programme management,delivery, budget control and associated processes.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven track record of successfully managing building projects from inception to completion, including all aspects of contract administration.
- Well-developed IT skills including intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of forms of building contract including JCT Measured Term, Minor Works and Termed Partnering Agreements.
- Knowledge and experience of building construction, repair, maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works.
