**System Business Analyst**
**Location**:Edinburgh
**Length**:ASAP until June 2023
**Rate**: £176-193 per day (inside IR35)
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm
- Participate in the design workshops capturing As-Is business capability maturity and process to at least Level 4
- Define, align & publish To-Be business capability maturity to deliver our client's strategic objectives - including target process flows
- Anticipating & identifying future opportunities and providing external perspectives, provocation
- Works closely with SAP Center of Excellence bring business requirements to life.
- Support and build including review of testing output.
- Supports the deployment into the markets in partnership with the business. Good understanding of data and cutover.
- Communicate across the workstreams to align dependencies and plans as part of the “As is” and “To be” capabilities.
- Partners with Business (Supply) to align technology to business requirements.
- Engage with the partner architects, TBS technical architects to ensure that the build is aligned to architectural standards and roadmaps

**Skills:**:

- Deep knowledge of SAP technical and functional architecture, data model, and emerging SAP capabilities, including integrating SAP solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of working with SAP APO, ECC and S/4 HANA and integration of the master and transactional data required for Supply Planning.
- Experience in Supply Planning global business processes, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Production Scheduling (PPDS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is required
- Ability to leverage business process knowledge & proficiency for Supply Plan and ensure business requirements and solution meeting standards.
- Ability to drive effective project scoping and delivery.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle with experiences of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Experience with longer term planning of components and raw materials for production processes for alcoholic beverages (e.g. cooking, mashing, distilling process for spirits) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering Supply Planning solutions such as SAP APO, OMP, Blue Yonder, 09, would be an advantage.
- Experience in identifying and assessing business capability maturity required to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams in a heavily matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in virtual and multi-cultural environments.
- Training or knowledge of supported business domain areas (Supply Chain Planning)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of responsibilities in IS or an IS focused business area
- SAP certification in Supply planning area would be an added advantage.
