**Key Responsibilities**

- **Plan and execute on-site events and activations in collaboration with the Curated Experience Manager****:

- **Operate across all campus spaces, especially in events and community areas****:

- **Provide great customer service, embodying brand principles and values****:

- **Act as the face of campus events, creating positive and memorable interactions for colleagues, clients, and guests****:

- **Showcase an outstanding service mindset, always willing to go the extra mile****:

- **Ensure seamless coordination of event logistics, including set-up, break down, and vendor coordination****:

- **Build and nurture relationships with attendees, fostering a sense of community and satisfaction****:

- **Demonstrate adaptability to changing environments, varied paces, and diverse cultures***

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

- **High School or equivalent education required****:

- **Related experience in event management****:

- **Previous experience in Property Management tools****:

- **Great telephone skills and verbal communication****:

- **Customer focused, organised, and professional****:

- **Ability to work in a team environment***
