**Head of HR**
Location: Hybrid (at least 1 day a week in our Head Office in Cheam, Surrey)
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 9 to 12 months
Hours: 35 hours per week (part time considered - 0.6FTE)

**Salary**: c. £60,000 per annum (for full time hours)

We're now looking for a Head of HR to join our small but vibrant HR team on a fixed term basis. This is a busy and exciting role, which will be responsible for leading all HR functions including reward and compensation practices (including payroll and pension), employee relations, inclusion and diversity, employee benefits, training and more.

We're looking for someone able to promote and enhance the Charity's positive professional ethos, making sure we all live our values of being Helpful, Progressive, Collaborative, Confidential and Understanding. There will be a key focus on people management and supporting our staff through our recent technology changes.

We have flexibility to configure this role as a 3, 4 or 5 day a week role. This can be discussed more at the interview stage.
