**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Assist with the analysis of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate the purchase and use of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare data for analysis by others.
- Prepare internal and external communications.
- Organise information for distribution to employees and customers.
