As you join our Management Consulting team, you will work across our portfolio of projects, geographies, and sectors, focused on delivering strategic sustainability advisory services relating to climate. Working with our experts in transition works, this will include services such as alignment with TCFD and the EU Taxonomy, climate risk assessments of organisations and portfolios, and support to due diligence projects.

**You will join our Strategic Sustainability Consulting department**

You will be key to help develop Ramboll’s strategic sustainability services in the UK market.

We place a specific focus upon combining sustainability consulting insight with management consulting delivery to provide our clients with the holistic pathways and interconnected solutions to really deliver upon their ambitions with respect to sustainability transformation.

You will be working with our team of climate specialists, economists, engineers and managing consultants within Strategic Sustainability Consulting to deliver novel solutions to a wide range of clients across Europe and globally. We are actively working on the integration of climate
- and nature-related risks and opportunities, helping clients build robust strategies, prioritise investment and deliver value for money.

**Your key tasks and responsibilities will be**:

- Analysis: Working with climate data to underpin risk assessments and identification of adaptation and resilience options.
- Reporting & outputs: writing reports, undertaking and checking calculations and report reviewing and
- Delivering: preparation of proposals, work specifications and project outputs (internal reporting and disclosures) in a range of formats.
- Coordination and management of projects, proposals and business development activities.

**You key deliverables will be**:

- Guiding and supporting team members on bids, proposals, and projects
- Acting as technical lead on projects
- Business Development
- Publishing thought pieces on sustainability advisory

- A proven track record in climate risk related advice to clients
- Working knowledge of TCFD recommendations, guidance materials and other related tools and materials, or demonstrable ability to upskill in these areas and take a leading role in growing these services areas.
- Quantitative ability, including to analyse, manipulate and interpret quantitative information,
- Confidence to build and maintain external and internal relationships

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: excellent communication skills; adaptability, critical reasoning, original thinking and problem-solving skills; passion for working on and solving environment and sustainability issues.
