**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in customer service and sales, as no previous experience is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience required, but previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
