We are looking for Enthusiastic, Motivated, and Child Focused Individuals who have experience of working with children and young people with disabilities. We are a small residential team based in Runcorn under the umbrella of Halton Borough Council. We provide Short Breaks to children and young people with Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and Complex Healthcare needs.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service in a fun, charismatic and relaxed environment that allows the children and young people to achieve their potential. Do you think outside the box? That’s exactly what we like to do at Inglefield, giving children and young people the opportunities to take risks and go on new adventures in a controlled manner.

Please note your Waking Night shifts commence at 22:00 - 08:00. You will work five nights on and nine nights off, on a rota bases, additional enhancement is paid for Night work. Please also note, personal care is a requirement of the role.
