Our client is looking for an office junior/admin assistant to work alongside their Office Manager. This position is full-time, permanent and based in their offices in Uddingston, Glasgow.

You must have excellent attention to detail and a minimum of one year’s Admin experience. Quickbooks experience preferred but not essential

Duties to include:

- Entering invoices and reconcile with purchase orders and reconcile with statements.
- Ordering stationery, staff uniforms & PPE.
- Update training Matrix.
- Updating holiday planner.
- Knowledge of excel and word.
- Update college reports and planners.
- Timesheets
- Other admin duties as required.

Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
