Finishing Foreman

Ballycommon are looking for a Finishing Foreman \ Woman for work on a site in WELLINGBOROUGH. This project has around 6-8 weeks left prior to completion.

Day start: ASAP
- **Position**:Finishing Fore-Person
- **Location: Wellingborough**:

- **Contract type: 6-8 weeks**:

- **Salary/Rate: £180 - £200 / day**

**Duties Include**:

- Liaising with the Site Agent, reporting on quality, efficiency & health & safety.
- Carrying out RAMS, toolbox talks and staff briefings.
- Upskilling existing members of staff and being involved in recruitment of new staff
- Completing paperwork
- Supervision of site labour
- Ordering materials
- Managing daily site operations

**The Successful Fore-Person will have**:

- Significant finishing experience.
- On site delivery experience - either as ganger or foreman.
- A full UK Driving license.

**Desirable but not essential**
- SSSTS or SMSTS
