Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding their new home, agreeing offers with tenants and landlord and assisting with renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Arrange property viewings for potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available properties
- Prepare property listings and advertisements for marketing purposes
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

**Salary**: £24,477.00-£27,090.00 per year
