As the Campaigns and Events Lead at Zip World, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and event experiences. You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns while managing the planning and execution of engaging events that align with our brand vision (Adventure Unlocked). Key responsbilities:
**Event Management**:

- Conceptualise and plan a diverse range of events in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Brand
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including ideation, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with marketing objectives
- Ensure the events plan achieve and exceeds defined KPIs including ROI analysiss.

**Strategy and Analysis**:

- Develop and implement integrated promotional campaigns that align with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and event performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation and increased demand creatation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and event experiences.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and events with broader marketing initiatives and messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion processes from campaigns and events.
- Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance event offerings and promotional opportunities.

**Project Management**:

- Maintain a detailed project timeline and ensure all campaign and event-related tasks are completed on time and on budget.
- Prioritise tasks and manage resources efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve defined KPIs.
- Handle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, balancing the demands of various projects.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Proven experience in coordinating events.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to comfortably and articulately communicate concepts, ideas and decisions to the wider team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
