We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Aftersales Assistant to join our team at Paul Rigby Stourbridge

As a Aftersales Assistant, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers, Aftersales advisors and workshop. you may be required to liase with the workshop to answer customer enquiries

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.

Holiday Entitlement 22 days plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.30

Alternate Saturdays

Overtime available
