Operations Agent

**Position: Operational agent (M/F)**
**Location: CHERTSEY**
Department: Operations
Type of contract: Zero hours contract (Immediate start)

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Exterior cleaning of boats.
- Remove stickers from boats and sand the boats
- Maintain and repair the extras booked by the clients: bikes, barbecues.
- Assist the technical team, if necessary, in the preparation of the boats on the days of major departures (checking gas, ropes, filling water tanks etc...).
- Participate in the de-wintering of the boats at the beginning of the season as well as the wintering work at the end of the season
- Participate in boat reconditioning projects.
- Assist clients as required.
- Participate in any other task directly or indirectly related to the base of operations.

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and responsiveness
- Able to take initiative
- Team player

It is strongly recommended to be able to swim.

**DIFFICULTIES OF THE JOB**:

- Working weekends, public holidays, school holidays during the season (weekends in rotation).
- Support travel to other bases and offices may be considered.
- Uniform and good appearance are required_

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
