Kitchen Porter

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with basic food assembly and plating
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a catering, hospitality, banquet, restaurant, or hotel kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the kitchen staff
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
