If so, you might make a great Veterinary Receptionist.
You will be working as part of a team in a busy, independently owned veterinary surgery to provide customer care to the pet-owning public. In-house training will be provided.
Tasks include:
Taking phone calls, making appointments, diary management, taking payments
Processing prescription requests, dispensing medication, stock control
Basic triage
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in public areas of the practice
Managing client accounts and registering new clients
Managing incoming client messages on various media platforms
Updating waiting room displays and sales areas
Cleaning and restocking the consulting rooms
Till reconciliation
Using on-line databases to register microchips, provide insurance etc
Part-time hours: 38 per week
