**Days a Week**: 2-3 (with initial supplier training over 5 consecutive days)
**Overview**:
Spectrum IT's Hampshire based client is looking for an experienced Contract Systems Trainer To design and deliver bespoke in-house training that ensures effective implementation of changes arising from the modernisation and improvement of the system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the systems Business Change Manger, Application Specialist, Digital Learning Team and business users to develop and coordinate effective training plans and materials to support the systems Stabilisation Programme.
- Deliver technical training to targeted groups of users in the functionality of the record system through: Super user training, In-person demonstrations, Hybrid training sessions (tailored with focus on individual teams' needs & processes), Drop-in (Q&A-style) sessions to reinforce knowledge
- Review system changes, identify those that require training and determine the most appropriate method to deliver the content.
- Provide detailed advice and guidance on training approaches and recommend the most appropriate content and methods of delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external experts to understand the operation of new features and changes to the platform.

**Requirements/Experience**
- Experience in relevant roles and job-related training
- Demonstrable experience in instructional design for computer-based training
- Previous experience in training and delivering technical training within broad professional guidelines and/or broad organisational policy.
- Able to plan and prioritise a range of one's own, and the team's, standard and non-standard work activities.
- Positively influence the way the team works together in the development and delivery of effective training.
