Abergavenny, United Kingdom Hathways Estate Agents Full time

The commission split will be agreed based on the applicants experience and the support required. There will also be comission payable on successful mortgage referrals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Understanding of real estate law and regulations

As a self-employed Personal Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their estate agency needs. You will be responsible for guiding them through the buying & selling, process while ensuring their best interests are represented. Your expertise in property sales, organizational skills, administrative tasks, and knowledge of estate agency law will contribute to your success in this role. **Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
