**Are you a Transport Administrator with experience in Transport planning and tachograph hours?**
GES are currently recruiting for Transport Administrator and Planner to join our Transport team. You will support the Transport Function with general administration such as raising PO’s, creating run sheets, data input and planning. Planning will consist of assigning driver activities, ensuring that loads are delivered and collected by the correct times, that drivers’ loads are accurate and allocated to the appropriate driver and that driver paperwork is complete.

**What will you do?**
You will:

- Plan and assign driver activities through effective resource planning of permanent and temporary labour.
- Liaise with departments to ensure vehicles are located for loading & unloading at the NEC area at times required.
- Allocate all drivers shifts liaising with all agencies issuing them with projected start times and notify them of any changes as soon as possible.
- Liaise with both drivers and venue coordinators in regards to driver’s progress and loading/unloading times.
- Ensure loads are correctly allocated to appropriate vehicles and drivers, assist with defect reporting and tachograph issues.
- Manage drivers hours ensuring compliancy (ensure that those drivers are fully inducted)
- Ensure accurate completion of driver paperwork, logging in timely manner.
- Schedule and plan all customer deliveries and ensure the delivery windows are met.
- Third Party work - To support GES with revenue from Transport and provide consistency to departments workload

**What you’ll need**
You will be an experienced administrator who is proficient in Microsoft office and telematics package. Basic proficiency in Sage 1000 would be desirable.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
