We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to support our friendly, motivated teams within our Chesterfield services at Milewood Healthcare.

**PURPOSE OF POSTION**

**Responsibilities and duties**

Enhance and maintain high standards of care within the homes, always ensuring that our residents are treated with dignity and respect, with regard to the individual needs.

To promote and maintain effective channels of communication within the staff team, liaise with families and other agencies in a professional manner. Implement residents care plans, participating in the assessment of individual needs you will support members of the team and motivate them. ensure to ensure that person centred care is being delivered.

Minimum of NVQ level 2 required must be willing to complete level 3.

Must hold safe handling of medication qualification.

**About the Company**

Milewood is a name trusted in the North of England, Midlands and Suffolk to provide progressive residential and supported living services for adults with an intellectual disability.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
