We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team. As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating various structural components according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform structural welding tasks according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Fabricate and assemble structural components using various welding techniques.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Structural Welder, preferably in a construction or fabrication environment.
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid welding certifications preferred.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
