Full-time Shift Work, 4 days on/4 days off, 48 hours per week
We are delighted to be working for a well-established public sector organisation, who are currently looking to expand their team. Due to continuing growth they are seeking to further build their team with skilled operatives in the Electrical Engineer fieldto work within a team as an Electrical Engineer. The position would ideal suit somebody with previous public sector or social housing backgrounds as a Electrical Engineering operative or Electrician.
They seek the best talent from the widest pool of people as diversity and inclusion is the key to their success.
About the role:
The role will primarily be primarily working within a team of operatives in the Electrical Services team, providing reactive maintenance on all Electrical systems. The role will suit someone with experience of completing reactive Electrical works.You will besupplied a company vehicle where necessary, overtime and call out pay and good holiday benefits. These positions are full-time Mon-Fri on site in the Reading area.
About you:

- City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical field.
- 18th Edition.
- Experience in Electrical and reactive Electrical Engineering works.
- Excellent communication skills in sometimes difficult circumstances.
- Skilled, highly motivated and keen to work in a fast-moving sector.
- Full valid manual driving licence.
- Experience of workplace health and safety.
