The Assistant Head of Healthy Communities will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the overall strategic direction and performance of developing healthy communities.

**More about you**
- Proven collaborative working with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally with strong appreciation of the relationship between the local and national NHS organisations, providers and commissioners, county councils and other relevant organisations to establish trust and credibility quickly.
- A track record of developing & delivering continuous improvement in service delivery, and improved outcomes in healthy community development, youth services, leisure (ie, at least one of the areas) so that traditional thinking' is challenged, and innovation pursued.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring that practices and policies which support these principles are in place at all levels within the organisation.
- A strategic doer who strikes the balance between leadership, tactics and being hands-on as required.
