We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering a sense of belonging within our community. Our cafe isn't just a place to grab a cup of coffee - it's a gathering spot where friendships are formed, ideas are shared, and memories are made.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking in the cafe
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

- A senior member of staff who is not afraid of dealing with fast pace environment
- Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment is required and over 21 year old
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends (Saturdays) and holidays (able to offer an average of at least 2 days a week during holidays including Saturdays)
- We are hoping to find someone who can start training asap and start to work from April onwards

This role has a potential to grow into a 3/4 days job or a full time position if you settled in very well and able to play a big part of helping company to grow.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
