LPC Maintenance are seeking a part time, senior credit controller to work one day a week from our offices in Queensbury, Harrow.

**About us**:
Here at LPC Property Maintenance we have a great management team backed by qualified plumbers, electricians, heating technicians and experienced tradesmen ready to carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties.

**Duites**:

- Follow up on outstanding debts of more than 60 days
- Issue first and second warning letters
- If non complicance, then to escalate to court proceedings
- Full understanding of latest regulations

**Hours**:

- One day per week between Mon-Fri, flexable on what day, potential for overtime depending on workload

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £160.00 per day

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stanmore: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- credit control: 5 years (required)
