Technical Trainers are responsible for the execution of training within their designated clinics.

This role will focus on working cross-functionally throughout the People, Medical and Culture team and the wider organisation to achieve the best outcome. This position is responsible for the strategic coordination and delivery of the Company’s national clinical training program for laser, skin, body and retail products. This position is responsible for delivering technical training across agreed regions.

**Success will be measured by**:

- Timely delivery of training programs to clinics in line with the standards of the Learning & Development Centre of Excellence (COE)
- Feedback and engagement survey responses
- Training compliance monitored and maintained including certification and regulation
- Execution of state-based training programs
- Delivery of training programs that support sales achievement within agreed state or territory

**Responsibilities include**:
Training delivery
- Conduct a training needs analysis to identify key technical skill gaps that impact treatment effectiveness and client safety
- Prepare and administer the Annual Clinical Training calendar
- Develop overall training programs and materials for Laser, Skin and Product

Clinical training
- Prepare thoroughly for course content and presentations
- Support clinics with technical information and advice, particularly around managing adverse events
- Assist other departments in providing technical information Provide technical information to LCUK clinics and Support Office
- Prepare training rooms and resources where appropriate
- Run clinic audits for regulatory compliance and compliance with LCUK protocols (where required)
- Monitor incident reports and offer guidance where needed

New franchisee technical training
- Assist the Owner in inducting the new employees including training on clinic processes and systems
- Travel to new clinic openings in relevant area to support the pre and post trade technical training requirements for this clinic

Employee management
- Plan and manage staffing requirements to ensure current and projected business requirements are met
- Clearly establish, communicate and manage team KPIs and performance standards Coach, mentor and guide the team to develop their ability to contribute to the objectives of the organisation
- Ensure the team has all relevant information and tools required to perform their duties and established standards are maintained
- Direct and oversee the prioritisation of actives to ensure all targets and deadlines are met

Key supplier relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners including but not limited to Candela, Kleresca and Allergan

**Position requirements**
- Qualifications and experience in Beauty Therapy a must
- Training qualifications highly regarded
- Knowledge of Laser Clinics products and services
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- The Training Life Cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and prioritisation
- Efficient time management skills
- Previous technical training experience preferred
- Clinic Manager experience preferred
- Willing to make National travel journeys
- A keen interest in the health, beauty and cosmetics industry
