HR Apprentice

£17660 per annum, which will grow year on year throughout your study, based on our standard performance review process, rising to market indicated salary.

Career Route
- Undertaking learning within an apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll support the broader People Team in providing an efficient and customer focused service. This role has a wide remit which includes input to all People Function teams including People Partnering, People Advisors, People Hub (Shared Services), Talent Acquisition and our People Data team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is responsible for supporting and enabling our strategic Turnaround plans. Within the role of HR apprentice, you will get to experience every part of a People Function and will have the opportunity to work on some key projects and initiatives. This role will enable the holder to develop a broad range of functional knowledge as well as understand the criticality of the interconnected role each of our People Function teams play in delivering the best people experience for colleagues across the business.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Good IT skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills, in order to manage work to meet conflicting deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills, has the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Driven and self-motivated
- Able to work within a team
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload
- Able to work on own initiative, sometimes working under pressure and to tight timescales

Qualifications:
Ability to meet the entry requirements of the Level 3 apprentice course attached to this apprenticeship and to attend and undertake the studying and course work required to complete the course.

Desirable - Educated to at least GCSE standard, with five passes at Grade C (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
