**Performance Analyst**

**£300 - £350/Day Inside IR35**

**London, Hybrid**

**3 Months**

We are seeking a Performance Analyst for our Government client based in London. This will be 50% office based and the remaining remote. The Performance Analyst role will be an initial 3 month contract, paying between £300 - £350/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

**Role Profile**:

- Proficient with excel -additional to another tools
- Power BI -ability to build performance dashboards
- Using Modelling or reporting tools experience
- Collating data/ analysing data
- Able to analyst data from various sources
- Confident to be able to go out and find information
- Presenting/sharing information
- Building relationships with IT services and IT commercial teams
- Understanding new contracts performance matrix (service agreements, KPIs)
- Creating and setting up a performance reporting tool kit by using information provided by commercial IT service teams
- Analysing data
- Using performance report tool
- Building models
- Specify, collect and present key performance data and analysis
- Ensure timely, consistent and accurate data collection. Support service managers in ensuring their service meets performance requirements
- Liaise with Stakeholders to gather, review and resolve anomalies or gaps
- Draft and own terms of reference and define roles of board members
- Keep log of board decisions, owners and updates and analyse data to present at relevant boards
- Work with risk manager and risk owners to report risks
- The role of will play a key part in business planning, performance reporting and risk management
- It includes designing and implementing an overall business planning & performance reporting process and toolkit for the Team and building on the existing process to ensure risks are actively monitored, managed, and reported
- The role will involve cross-team communications to help deliver an excellent service to senior stakeholders including the CIO, Operations Director, and the Operations Committee
