Head of Finance

**Salary**: £55000 - £60000 per annum + Excellent benefits

We are currently handling a Head of Finance role on an exclusive basis on behalf of an organisation undergoing an exciting period of change. This is more than just a "standard" finance role - this organisation are in a sector which has the opportunity to make a difference to the people they provide services for. Working closely with the leadership team this is an all-encompassing role giving you both a good level of control of the finance operation and also input into the day to day running and strategic direction of the organisation.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Full ownership of the finance function including liaison with all key 3rd parties including banks and auditors

Development of a suite of management reports to ensure that decision making is accurately informed

Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with key internal stakeholders.

They are looking to identify a qualified accountant (or similarly by experience) who has a proven track record at delivering in a financial leadership role.
