**Your role as Facilities Team Leader**

A large part of this role includes setting up meeting rooms ensuring adequate supplies of consumables are available for teaching and conferences, locking and unlocking of buildings and issuing and receiving keys from staff and contractors ensuring relevant policies and procedures are always adhered to.

You will be responsible for auditing the service the team provides, inspecting the infrastructure of the buildings, reporting maintenance issues ensuring compliance. You will induct, train, and supervise the team carrying out appraisal conversations as required.

Post 1 - This is a permanent, part time post. Hours of work are 14.5 hours per week, working mainly Saturday and Sunday between 2.00pm - 10.30pm during the student term times (39 weeks) and between 10.00am - 6.30pm in the student vacation periods (13 weeks) Flexibility will be required.

Post 2 - This is a permanent, part time post. Hours of work are 14.5 hours per week, working mainly Saturday and Sunday between 6.00am-2.30pm for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
