Letting Agent

We are in search of an experienced rental agent to join our bustling Sunderland branch. The role encompasses day to day management of a portfolio of letting properties, including responsibilities such as valuations, viewings, inspections, maintenance management, accounting, and more. This position empowers you to maintain control over the portfolio working alongside anothe rletting agent.

Managing Directors, John Nicholson and Trudie Bowes, prioritize creating a positive environment where individuals can thrive, understanding that a happy workplace is a productive one. A full-time personal vehicle is a prerequisite for this role.

In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, an excellent bonus scheme, and a company contribution to a pension scheme. Anticipated earnings exceed £28,000 per annum based on performance.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with every other Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Additionally, you'll enjoy 23 days of holiday per annum, along with public holidays. This is a permanent position with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
