Overview The Standing CT Company (SCT) is an independent mobile diagnostic scanning company. We offer mobile scanning services to different hospitals across the UK. We are a small but fast growing business and are very proud to be a certified BCORP, using our profits and growth to make a positive impact for our employees, communities and the environment. This position is for the role of Bank HCA working on our mobile unit at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham.
The post holder will also need to have their own vehicle as travel to clinic sites is necessary. Post Details Job Title: Bank HCA Accountable to: Regional Scanning Lead Hours of working: Bank Geography: The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham Job Purpose: 1. To provide bank HCA services to SCT as required and in agreement 2. Working flexibly as part of a small team; delivering a high quality, efficient WBCT mobile scanning service 3.
To provide exceptional customer service to patients 5. To demonstrate a professional, caring and responsible approach to the duties undertaken Key Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting patients during the scanning process, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Preparing the scanning room and equipment for each patient. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the mobile unit. Key Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience working in a patient-facing role.
A positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies. N.B.
