Boatman

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and maintain the boatshed, including 2/3 boats and 4 outboard engines.

2. Conduct boating trips on the loch, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the Principals and guests.

3. Assist fishing guests during the fishing season and provide support as needed.

4. Collaborate with maintenance and gardening teams during downtime to assist with various tasks.

5. Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and manual handling.

6. Maintain outboard engines by running them regularly and keeping a detailed log of maintenance activities.

7. Hold a full driving license to tow a boat trailer when necessary.

8. Uphold the Principals' privacy and maintain discretion at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing and maintaining boats, boatshed, and outboard engines.
- Excellent rowing skills and proficiency in using outboard engines.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting, carrying, and manual tasks.
- Full driving license with the ability to tow a boat trailer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and respect for privacy.
