Automation test Engineer

4 month initial contract

Austria - Onsite 3 days a week

?60-?70 an hour

We are working with a client based in Austria who are seeking 2 Automation Test Engineers urgently on a contracting basis for initial 4 month contracts which will likely be extended further.

The role responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

- Consult the core R&D engineering team with test, debug and engineering with focus on the smart card features
- Develop and maintain the test automation framework used to test this
- Understand specific requirements, propose solutions and implement and test these
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- White box/Black box testing of any of the embedded systems
- C++, Python or Jenkins
- Good spoken and written skills with ability to draft concise technical reports.

Advantages:

- Experience in automation and continuous integration
- Knowledge on ISO 7814-4, 7816-15 (PKCS#15) and PKCS#11
- Familiarity with usage, development and maintenance of test automation frameworks such as Jenkins/Cloudbees.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as SVN & Git is required.
