At Fabritec we provide a bespoke service to all our clients from design and prototype development through to production, covering Aviation to Automotive and Marine. We are committed to delivering the best quality work on every job whether small or large, and we want someone to join our team who matches our levels of commitment and service.
- We require someone who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience within fabrication, preferably within Aviation, Military or Automotive but this is not essential.
- You must have experience in TIG & MIG welding in thin sheet metals, steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- You must be able to understand Engineering Drawings, as you will need to be able to work alone but there will always be another team member available for support if needed.
- Ideally you will have confidence in using workshop machinery and tools such as the guillotine, saws, lathes, mills but training can be provided.
- Due to our location in Sidlesham own transport is advisable, although there is a bus service that runs along the main road.

Hours and salary are listed but can be discussed further at interview.

At interview you will be expected to complete some TIG weld tests, so you will be required to bring all necessary PPE, if you do not have the essentials please let us know so we can ensure to have some available for you.
