Junior Buyer

Up to £25,000 per annum

Are you a highly motivated individual looking to kick-start your career in purchasing? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for supply chain management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Junior Buyer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement of goods and services at the best price and quality
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Coordinate production planning activities to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online product listings and inventory
- Assist in supply chain management activities to optimize efficiency and minimize costs

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
