Breakdown Handler

RS Recovery Ltd are recruiting a full-time Breakdown Handler to join our team. The position available would require managing vehicle breakdowns nationwide within a fast paced environment.

RS Recovery Ltd offer nationwide vehicle assistance. With a fleet consisting of recovery vehicles, commercial service vans and specialist vehicles, we aim to fix vehicles roadside or recover our customers vehicles to a destination of their choice. We also use a large network of local agents to assist a wide customer base in breakdowns all around the country for various faults. Our customer base ranges from small family run businesses to multinational organisations.

**What the role entails**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to a wide variety of customers
- Assist in decision making and deployment of jobs
- Operate vehicle tracking software
- Updating customers, ensuring we meet our SLA’s

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role or office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Punctual.
- Good geographical knowledge
- Flexibility is key

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
