Supporting our stockloss, stock accuracy and stock availability goals through ensuring our teams are delivering the strategy, process and procedures required from them.

**As a Loss Prevention Analyst you will**:

- Support our teams in delivering our KPI's in relation to stockloss, stock accuracy and stock availability
- Analysis trends in stockloss, compliance results, known losses and incidents to ensure that our plans adequately mitigate these risks.
- Support the key actions to focus actions on our highest loss departments.
- Support the delivery of a loss prevention culture across our stores through the protect our product campaign.
- Support the Loss Prevention and Security Managers to optimise Security resources to prevent loss and crime in all our stores.
- Problem solve in a balanced and proportionate way, finding solutions to the most challenging situations
- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to protect our product, people and premises.
- Take a calm and measured approach in challenging situations and support the function in its crisis responses.
