Factory Worker

QS Recruitment are proud to advertise for an exciting new position based in Somercotes, Alfreton.

We have immediate starts available for hard-working individuals looking for something new, or their next role in a factory environment

**Duties**:

- Your role will be to use production machinery to restore and remodel bulky products ready for their new use.
- This role is very hands on and required a keen eye for detail.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a well-established company and progress your production experience.

**Shift Times**:

- Days will be 6 am starts
- Afters will be 3 pm starts
- You will be required to work 3 weeks of days and then 1 week of afternoons, on a rotational basis.
- This is Monday to Friday.
- Overtime is available on a weekend, but this is not enforced.
- This is regular, ongoing work with temp to perm possibilities.

**Experience**:
**We require you to have the following**:

- 3 months of experience in a production/Industrial/factory/warehouse environment (preferred).
- Be willing to work in a hands-on environment.
- Looking to progress within a company that values its employees.

**Pay**:

- The initial pay rate for this position is £9.50 per hour, but progression can be made quickly once you are trained on other machines.
- You can also receive an additional £100 shift surplus for working the late shifts (if completing the full week).
- If you work overtime, you will receive time and a half for Saturdays and double time for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
