We're looking for a Marketing Lead to help us create a transformational data led, engagement experience for new and existing members.

We need someone to help us build a highly personalised modern marketing engagement engine and drive and execute a growth marketing strategy to help existing workplace customers maximise their savings.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Marketing Management or relevant experience with commercial line accountability operating at a Senior level- Deep understanding of financial (inc. Fintech) products and services- Strong leadership skills, particularly managing teams and developing individuals with high potential and managing inta-departmental relations.- Expert in digital marketing and digital engagement techniques, systems and developments- Acknowledged and proven delivery of strong business growth results through diverse teams and ambiguous environment.- Strong understanding of Marketing & Communication Strategy- Highly analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to scrutinize multi-sources information, gather valuable insight, and articulate it in simple and structured manner.
