Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Weighbridge Operator at Carnsew Quarry.

Ensuring all delivery drivers and visiting collect customers are aware of and follow all site rules and answering customers questions on products, prices and availability. You will form part of the Aggregates and Asphalt team ensuring excellent customer service whilst carrying out your duties in accordance with the site rules.

You should have knowledge of quarry and asphalt products along with a proven ability to liaise and coordinate daily with our customers to deliver a high level of service.

Manage and monitor deliveries and be able to prioritise and meet customer demands whilst ensuring correct allocation of orders throughout our transport partners.

A good understanding of IT with reference to scheduling, managing, and monitoring systems for vehicle and plant operations.

Be able to communicate with different stakeholders to achieve the site targets, both internal and external.

Experience of running a weighbridge.

A full UK driving Licence.

Knowledge of local area is essential.
