The **Manufacturing Engineer **supports for a range of products, through all phases of transition and manufacturing. S/he works individually or as a part of a team to perform specific assigned tasks, with other engineering and cross-functional disciplines to resolve issues.

**What you’ll do**:
Coordinates and manages new product transition schedule and activities.
Works closely with project team(s) to scope new/existing capital equipment and tooling requirements.
Develops / establishes & validates Manufacturing processes in accordance with product, regulatory and customer requirements.
Creates/Modifies documentation and procedures in support of required production processes.
Investigates and resolves production problems, utilizing RCCA analysis and 8D methodology.
Provides technical support for safety and ergonomics, associated with the project(s).

**Qualifications**:
Degree level in Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Having the capability to interpret technical drawings; and create/modify tooling drawings utilizing AutoCAD / Catia V5.
Prior hands-on experience utilizing manufacturing practices like Lean Manufacturing and Total Preventative Maintenance is preferred.
Previous experience on roll forming, CNC, machinery, and/or bench forming is preferred.

**Skills**:
Adequate technical expertise to plan, design and implement aerospace compliant manufacturing processes for assembly and testing of conveyance products.
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
