As a Junior Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team in achieving organisational goals and driving growth. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects aimed at improving processes and driving innovation.
- Provide support to department heads and team leaders as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and handling administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred, but not required.

Pay: From £24,764.41 per year
