We have an excellent opportunity for a CCTV Operator working within our recently refurbished NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre based on Team Valley, Gateshead with the role being a mixture of nights and weekends, working full time on a 5 week rolling rota.

Experience is not essential as full job training is provided.

Main Duties:

- Monitoring and responding to Detector Activated CCTV Systems
- Pro Active remote CCTV patrols
- Liaison with emergency services such as Police & Fire
- Despatching in house or external security response teams
- Liaison with the companies’ customers
- Incident Report Writing
- Control of Remote Access control to customer’ premises
- Be computer literate
- Be observant
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Have good customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role - although this is not a strict requirement
- A valid CCTV SIA Licence Essential
