Opex Coordinator

***: The Operational Excellence Coordinator supports the Site Management team in implementing Pilgrim's Management Method as an internal consultant. You will be working closely with the Site Director and General Manager with the implementation and sustainability of the management pillar.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong analytical skills & problem solving
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement (important but not essential)
- Experience in a FMCG Industry.
- Evidence of creating strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching
- Real impactful gravitas and presence. An individual with energy, stamina and passion.
